Retail Orders

Orders are shipped within 1 week of receipt of order and payment via credit card. Orders placed with a check for payment are shipped when the check clears our bank - generally within 10 business days. All orders will be shipped via US priority mail (2 to 3 days) unless otherwise specified. There is a fixed shipping price of $8.00 that includes priority mailing, delivery confirmation, and insurance.

Sales Tax

When shipping to an address in SC, a 6.5% sales tax will be added to your order. There is no sales tax for orders shipped to other states.

Custom Jewelry

I am happy to help you create any piece of jewelry to your preference. Please email me or call me with your wishes using the contact information below, and I will do my best to help you design exactly what you are looking for. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.

Wholesale Orders

Lisa g Designs welcomes wholesale orders and inquiries. Wholesale orders can be placed by calling (843)884-6241.

Repairs

Should your jewelry ever require repair we will gladly repair it at minimal cost. You will only be charged for shipping and a nominal fee - if any - upon inspection of the piece for materials. Please call or email us to arrange for a repair.

Returns

We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with. We accept returns for any reason within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact me immediately upon receipt of product via email or telephone to arrange for returns.

If you would like to make a return, please email me for address information and confirmation. Returns between 6 to 30 days of receipt are only eligible for credit. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Credit is given in the same manner as payment was received upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returns must be well packed and insured. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Lisa g designs is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Exchanges

Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please email me for confirmation and to check the stock of desired exchange. Additional shipping costs will be applied to exchanged items. Please ship items to the above address making sure they are well packed and insured.
